Refund and return Policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different or replacement product, or a refund to the original payment method. The cost of shipping will not be issued as part of any refunds.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Digital items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Returned items must be returned in original product packaging.

  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

  1. Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return.

  2. Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email.

  3. Send all items back to us using the label provided.

Additional Information:

In some instances we may request the item to be returned. If this is the case, you are required to pay for shipping.

In order for an item to be considered lost, it must not have been received for at least 10 business days after the anticipated delivery date. After such time, we will begin an investigation and initiate a dialogue with you to determine the best course of action.

For damaged items, we may request evidence that the item has been damaged.  If the damage is not the result of reasonable use of the product and not your fault nor within the realm of minimal differences as the result of being handcrafted, we will issue a refund or replacement through the normal process.
